Three HVFC Members Graduate From The 30th Carroll County Volunteer Emergency Services Association’s EST Program

Three HVFC members graduate from the 30th Carroll County Volunteer Emergency Services Association’s (CCVESA) Emergency Services Training (EST) program.

Congratulations to HVFC members Daniel Grusholt, Oscar Quiroz and Emalee Free.

During the graduation ceremony EMT Emalee Free was awarded “EMS Student of the Year”.

The EST program is a joint venture between CCVESA, Carroll Community College and Carroll County Public Schools. The members attended training at the Public Safety Training Center Monday through Friday since the beginning of the school year for three hours a day. The programs delivers fire, rescue, hazardous materials and emergency medical training.
