Firefighter Tim Beatty (deployed as a career member of Montgomery County Department of Fire & Rescue Services) is deployed as part of the Maryland Helicopter Aquatic Response Team (MD-HART). They have been operating for several days conducting rescue and reconnaissance missions.

Firefighter Victoria Ledwell (deployed as a retired career member of Montgomery County Department of Fire & Rescue Services) and her K9 partner Pasquale are deployed as part of Montgomery County Department of Fire & Rescue Services Maryland Taskforce 1 (MD-TF1), a FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Team. MD-TF1 has been on the ground for several days conducting search and rescue missions.

We could not be more proud of them for their dedication and passion for helping those that have been affected by the storm.

Both teams have been working non-stop and are still in good spirits. We ask that you keep Tim, Victoria and their teams in your thoughts and prayers for a successful mission and safe travel home.

You can keep up to date on their mission by following each team’s social media pages.
