Earlier this afternoon HVFC and other units were alerted for a vehicle collision with reported entrapment in the 2700 block of Shiloh Rd. Paramedic 29 arrived to find a single vehicle on its side with two occupants still inside. Chief 2 arrived and established Shiloh Rd command. Crews worked to stabilize the vehicle using rescue struts, and then preformed a “roof flap” operation to allow access to the two occupants. Both occupants were removed, treated on scene and transported to a hospital. |
